Second Main Cabin Sides Ready
I’ve got the sides of the second main cabin up and ready for epoxy. Tomorrow is a long sandwich-panel day, including the companionway cutout, before I can move on to the bow cabin roofs and decks.
Well, sides of the second main cabin are up, ready to be epoxied in.
Which means tomorrow is hard long day as epoxying this in will take a couple of hours and rest of the day will be preparing the roof of the cabin.
It is long and hard work as I do that in one go - plywood for outer skin, prep for foam, prepping foam itself, then preparing the other side of the foam and epoxying on the inner skin. All on a piece of the length and width of a full plywood sheet. And better do not mess up the companionway cutout 😂😂😂
All to make sure I can put it in on Sunday/Monday and get to remaining two sandwich elements- bow cabins roofs/decks.
