The Second Roof Is Curing
The second roof took a day and a half, and it’s curing nicely. I’m hoping the mould came loose on the first roof, because this one may have flattened slightly where the fittings bent under the stress.
Well, it really took 1.5 day. Yesterday 7 hours and today 3.5. And the second roof is curing nicely.
I wonder when the mould got loose- on the first roof or this one. If the first then it is not a problem. If on this - I’ll have quite a fight with this. I really hope it was the first! (It is not huge but metal fittings holding 2x4 beams bend under the stress and went slightly up in the middle of the bow part - flattening the curve a bit. We will see how bad it is when I put in on the hull.).
