Epoxying Bulkheads Takes All the Space

I’ve discovered that even a normally spacious workshop is not large enough to epoxy bulkheads and do anything else. With the major upper-hull bulkheads laid out, I’ll tackle the epoxy first thing Sunday morning.

Epoxying Bulkheads Takes All the Space

You probably thought that I have a huge workshop and I cannot possibly moan about lack of space.

Usually, I do not. But this Friday afternoon, preparing for work after Shabbat I have managed to hit some limits of this, normally quite spacious workspace… it turns out that it is not nearly large enough to epoxy bulkheads in AND do any other work. And I remind you- and myself- these are not all bulkheads yet. Barely the major ones plus one extra (7). All major bulkheads in upper hull are an extension of the lower hull bulkhead, that’s why they are fitted first. They should be perfectly in place after simple alignment to the lower part.
Of course that’s a boat and nothing ever is so simple but that’s general idea ;)

But it is 6:30pm already, I cannot possibly epoxy all of that before 8:30pm so I’ll have a go at it first thing Sunday morning. #allelectricboat #buildingwharram #theseanation #tiki38
