Filleting in a Very Hot Workshop

I managed a few hours of putting fillets on before the workshop reached 27°C and there was no point continuing. Visitors still get coffee, though I remain firmly opposed to iced coffee and decaf.

Filleting in a Very Hot Workshop

Hell in the workshop - but still spent few hours putting fillets on, till 8.30 am when there was no point in continuing since the temperature reached 27 degrees Celsius.

Btw, you’ll know now why every person visiting our workshop gets instantly an invitation to coffee…

On days like today I would probably consider a party drink called iced coffee. No idea how it tastes since I never tried it before but it has ice in it and that’s a huge advantage on the day like today.

Ok, I’m just kidding. I’m still drinking my coffee hot. Cold coffee is a poison just slightly less dangerous than decaf!
