Dry-Fitting the Remaining External Stringers
I’m dry-fitting the remaining external stringers, while explaining why my apparently tidy workshop is mostly a photographic illusion. A few may get glued permanently today—but probably not all three.
Well - many of you comment on my “tidiness” in the workshop. Thing is, you only see shots “after” tidying up 🙂 sometimes I have so much stuff on the floor that I cannot move or find anything! Now I tried (and failed!) to capture a state BEFORE - but it is already a misrepresentation! Simply because I thought about filming it after I have already dry-fitted two of the remaining external stringers, picked up all loose stuff- tools, sanding papers, pens, pencils, resin cups, squeegees, spatulas, screws, clamps and polyethylene sheets protecting stuff from getting glued in place by mistake… so you see, I’m not so tidy, you just do not see all these stuff (well, look at the photos taken before tidying up today 😉 ). And today is only dry-fitting of stringers, maybe one or two will get glued in permanently, but probably not all three of them.
