Making a New Cover for Nimrod
After moving aboard Nimrod and slowly recovering from COVID, I made a waterproof cover for her boom and foredeck. The craftsmanship may not win prizes, but it should do the job.
Well, we moved from Brighton to our little boat, NIMROD - so it is time to upgrade her a bit. Slowly getting better after COVID so instead of working on IKAROA I have spent some quality time with lovely waterproof fabric making a new cover to go over the boom and foredeck of NIMROD. We will be doing some more work on her soon - replacing the old coach roof and maybe some bits of the deck so we need a rather good cover over her. I wouldn’t win any prizes for craftsmanship on that one but it should work ok ;)
