# The Bow Cabin Roof Gets Complicated

Complex drawing, matching etc. Bow cabin roof is really complex despite looking at the easiest on the plans! Two sheets of plywood so plywood joint. Yet another on each side because there is not enough of plywood on the sides. And making sure the edge is actually outside the thumble wall because it is always easier to trim! Of course you also need to make sure that you cut out the hatch opening on the CORRECT side of the piece (which I see I have not since I’m measuring port hull but marked opening to be cut on the outside of the hull instead of the inside!!!)
